Serves: 1
  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 1 cup diced frozen mango
  • juice from half of a lime
  • 4-6 leaves mint
  • 2-2.5 cups coconut water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • handful of ice (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth. Add more coconut water if needed.

    This smoothie… Word cannot begin to explain how much I enjoy this smoothie.. It’s packed with protein from avocados to mangos, protein powder and not to mention having the amazing aroma and taste of mint as your drinking it. It’s incredibly easy to prepare as well. Hilary made this smoothie for Ryan and I when I went out to Utah to visit and seeing how quickly she was able to make it, and how tasty it was definitely got me hooked right away. Again, in my unbiased opinion, this smoothie is something that everyone needs to make and try, you won’t regret it.


    This smoothie looks delicious!! I love adding avocado to my smoothies but i’ve never thought to add mint! Will definitely have to give this a try 🙂 Love your blog chick! x
